What we collect

• Account data — name, email, and password (hashed).
• Beauty profile — skin type, tone, preferences, and goals you provide.
• Usage data — features used, pages visited, and interactions in the app.
• Purchase data — order history and payment method tokens (not full card numbers, managed by Stripe).
• AI chat history — your conversations with the AI advisor, used to personalize future sessions.

How we use it

• To power personalized product recommendations and AI responses.
• To process and fulfil your orders.
• To improve the platform — aggregate, anonymized analytics only.
• To send you notifications you have opted into.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We are subject to PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25. For your full rights, see data export and deleting all your data.
