Requesting a data export
Under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, you have the right to access a copy of the personal data Aamey holds about you. We process export requests within 30 days maximum.
What is included in the export
- Your account details (name, email, registration date)
- Your beauty profile data
- Your order and purchase history
- Your AI chat history
- Notification and consent preferences
Biometric (face geometry) data is not included in the export in human-readable form, but you will receive confirmation of whether any biometric data is stored and its retention date.
How to request
- Go to Profile → Data Export.
- Tap Request Export.
- We will email you a secure download link within 30 days.
