Deleting your account

You have the right to delete your Aamey account at any time under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25. When you request deletion, we begin a 30-day processing window during which you can cancel the request. After 30 days, your account and all associated personal data are permanently removed.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, preferences, and beauty history
• Your order history (financial records may be retained as required by law)
• Any biometric (face geometry) data — deleted immediately, not subject to the 30-day window
• Your AI conversation history

How to request deletion

1. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
2. Confirm your identity with your password.
3. Tap Request Account Deletion.

You will receive an email confirmation. To cancel the deletion within the 30-day window, simply sign back in or email [email protected].
