Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also check your order status directly in the app at any time.

How to track

  1. Open the Aamey app and go to your profile.
  2. Tap Orders.
  3. Select the order to see real-time tracking status and the carrier tracking link.

Typical timelines

  • Processing — 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
  • Standard shipping — 5-8 business days within Canada.
  • Express shipping — 1-3 business days where available.

If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days or your order appears lost, contact [email protected] and we will investigate with the carrier.
