Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also check your order status directly in the app at any time.
How to track
- Open the Aamey app and go to your profile.
- Tap Orders.
- Select the order to see real-time tracking status and the carrier tracking link.
Typical timelines
- Processing — 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
- Standard shipping — 5-8 business days within Canada.
- Express shipping — 1-3 business days where available.
If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days or your order appears lost, contact [email protected] and we will investigate with the carrier.
