Returns and refunds

Aamey offers a 30-day return window on most marketplace orders. If a product arrives damaged, is not as described, or you simply change your mind, we will help you resolve it quickly.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused or unopened for change-of-mind returns.
  • Damaged or incorrect items are eligible regardless of condition — keep all original packaging.
  • Digital content (e.g., AI routine plans) is non-refundable once accessed.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for periods already used (see cancelling your subscription).

How to start a return

  1. Go to your Order History in your profile.
  2. Select the order and tap Request Return.
  3. Select a reason and submit.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. For questions, email [email protected].
