This Agreement governs Aamey's "buying agent" function — Aamey procures products from third-party marketplaces on your behalf, ships to you, and invoices you in Joorus's name.

1. The agency arrangement

By placing an order on Aamey, you appoint Joorus Inc. ("Joorus", "Agent") as your limited buying agent for the specific purchase. You authorize Joorus to:

a. Locate and select the lowest-cost in-stock listing of each item across approved marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Alibaba, Shopify-based retailers, Sephora, Ulta, brand websites);

b. Place orders on those marketplaces using Joorus's own marketplace accounts;

c. Specify your provided shipping address as the destination;

d. Pay the marketplace from Joorus's own funds and recoup payment from you through the Aamey checkout;

e. Coordinate fulfillment, tracking, returns, and refunds with each marketplace;

f. Issue you a single consolidated invoice in Joorus's name with applicable taxes for your jurisdiction.

You are the principal of the transaction; Joorus acts strictly as your agent for the limited purpose of procurement.

2. What you pay

Item cost — the price Joorus paid the marketplace (transparently disclosed)
Service fee — Aamey's fee for this service (tier-based, disclosed at checkout)
Shipping — actual shipping cost (passthrough or included)
Taxes — GST/HST in Canada; sales tax (where Joorus has nexus) in the US; VAT in the EU once thresholds are reached; otherwise tax-exclusive pricing

Aamey may apply a small markup or commission on item cost in lieu of or alongside the service fee, always transparently disclosed at checkout.

3. Your invoice

You will receive an Aamey-branded PDF invoice from Joorus Inc. for each order. The invoice will include:

Joorus's registered name, address, GST/HST number
Itemized line items (item cost, service fee, shipping, taxes)
Order ID and shipping address
Date of issue
Statement that Joorus acted as buying agent

You will not receive an invoice from the underlying marketplace (Amazon, etc.). All commercial dealings under this Agreement are between you and Joorus.

4. Shipping and delivery

Joorus directs the marketplace to ship to the address you provided. Joorus is responsible for the accuracy of relaying that address to the marketplace.
Tracking information is provided in Aamey under your order; Joorus aggregates tracking from each marketplace.
Delivery timelines are governed by the marketplace and the carrier. Joorus provides good-faith ETAs but does not guarantee delivery dates.
Aamey notifies you of shipment, delivery, and any delivery exceptions as soon as the marketplace's tracking system reports them.

5. Returns, refunds, and replacements

5.1. You may initiate a return within Joorus's stated return window (which mirrors the most lenient marketplace policy for the item, typically 30 days for most consumer goods, subject to the marketplace's hygiene and final-sale exclusions).

5.2. Joorus will:

Send you a prepaid return label (where the marketplace permits)
Receive the returned item at Joorus's facility OR redirect it directly to the marketplace
Process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt
For exchanges, place a new order with the marketplace

5.3. Joorus is the merchant of record for your refund. You should not contact the marketplace directly; Aamey support handles it end-to-end.

5.4. Some marketplace items are final-sale; this is disclosed before checkout.

5.5. Defective items — Joorus will process replacements as the marketplace allows; if the marketplace refuses, Joorus retains the right to refund you and absorb the marketplace dispute internally.

6. Pricing changes and stock-outs

6.1. Marketplace prices and stock can change between you adding to cart and Joorus placing the order. Joorus will:

Honor the price shown to you if the change is < 10% — Joorus absorbs the difference
Pause and re-confirm with you if the change is > 10%
Cancel and refund if the item goes out of stock

6.2. If a substitute is available at similar specs, Joorus will offer it to you before substituting — never silently.

7. Cross-border and customs

7.1. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Joorus will estimate these at checkout where possible but final liability rests with you.

7.2. Aamey will not procure items prohibited in your destination country.

7.3. Currency conversion uses the rate provided by Stripe at the time of charge.

8. Disputes about specific orders

8.1. Step 1: in-app dispute via the order page (Aamey support — 5 business-day response).

8.2. Step 2: if unresolved, escalation per Section 11 of the Terms of Service.

8.3. Marketplace-specific issues (delivery damage, counterfeit, etc.) are handled by Joorus on your behalf; you assign Joorus the right to act in your name vis-à-vis the marketplace for the limited purpose of resolving the dispute.

9. Joorus's responsibilities

Procure your selected items in good faith at the disclosed price
Maintain accurate marketplace accounts in good standing
Comply with each marketplace's seller / buyer terms
Provide tracking, customer support, and resolution
Apply Aamey's allergen and substitution rules before placing the order
Issue accurate invoices and remit applicable taxes

10. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate shipping addresses and contact details
Authorize the transaction at checkout
Notify Aamey promptly of any delivery problem
Comply with import rules of your destination country
Comply with Aamey's Terms of Service (no resale of items procured through Aamey except where you are a B2B/Institute customer with an explicit resale agreement)

11. No partnership

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Joorus, or between Joorus and any marketplace. Joorus is your limited buying agent and acts at arms' length with all marketplaces.

12. Term and termination

This Agreement applies to each order you place and terminates when that order is fully delivered, refunded, or cancelled. You may revoke Joorus's agency authority at any time prior to Joorus placing the marketplace order; once placed, the order is subject to the relevant marketplace's policies and this Agreement's return/refund terms.

13. Limitation of liability

Joorus's total liability under this Agreement is limited as set out in Section 9 of the Terms of Service. Joorus is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by the marketplace, carrier, customs, or any party other than Joorus, except where required by consumer-protection law.

14. Modifications

Joorus may modify this Agreement with thirty (30) days' notice. New orders placed after the effective date are governed by the modified Agreement.
