This Agreement governs the relationship between Joorus Inc. and beauty / fashion / makeup academies, schools, and training centers ("Institute") using Aamey for curriculum, student kits, evaluations, trends, and event mode.

1. License
Joorus grants Institute a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Aamey for its educational programs, subject to this Agreement and the Terms of Service.
2. Pricing and tiers

Per-student overage: $1/student/month beyond included limits. Setup: included.
3. Student data
3.1. Students sign Aamey's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and (if face capture is used) Biometric Privacy Notice individually.
3.2. Institute is a controller alongside Joorus for student educational records and progress data. Joorus is sole controller for Aamey-platform-wide data.
3.3. Institute may not use student data outside the educational purpose for which it was collected.
3.4. Minors: if Institute teaches students under the age of majority, Institute is responsible for obtaining parental consent for student use of Aamey and for compliance with FERPA (US) or local-equivalent.
4. Curriculum content
4.1. Aamey templates are licensed to Institute for instructional use only. Institute may modify, brand, and deliver templated courses to Institute's students. Institute may not redistribute templates outside Aamey.
4.2. Institute-authored content is owned by Institute, licensed to Joorus for hosting and operations.
4.3. AI-drafted content must be reviewed and approved by an Institute instructor before publication to students. The Institute is responsible for pedagogical accuracy.
5. Student kits
5.1. Institute may package kits using Aamey commerce, with optional markup.
5.2. Aamey acts as buying agent (per Marketplace Agency Agreement) for kit fulfillment.
5.3. Markup proceeds flow to Institute via Stripe Connect; Joorus deducts platform commission per pricing tier.
5.4. Institute is responsible for any local consumer-protection obligations regarding student kits (e.g., right to opt out, return policies).
6. Evaluations
6.1. The Aamey AI evaluator drafts rubric-based feedback; an Institute instructor must finalize and post grades. Joorus does not issue final grades.
6.2. Institute is responsible for the integrity of its grading process.
7. Certificates / credentials
7.1. Institute may issue its own completion certificates via Aamey. Joorus does not vouch for credential validity outside Aamey's platform.
7.2. Institute represents that its educational programs comply with applicable accreditation standards.
8. Confidentiality, IP, liability
Same as Sections 7, 9, 10 of the B2B MSA (with "Tenant" read as "Institute").
9. Term, termination, post-termination data handling
9.1. Term: as Order Form (default month-to-month; multi-year Enterprise typical).
9.2. Termination per Section 8 of B2B MSA.
9.3. On termination: students retain their account and historical data; Institute may export aggregated institutional reporting within 30 days.
