This EULA governs your use of the Aamey Kiosk application installed on a device operated by a B2B Tenant (retailer, brand, salon, etc.).

1. Identification
The Aamey Kiosk app is software published by Joorus Inc. and licensed for use on devices operated by Aamey's B2B Tenants under the B2B Master Services Agreement.
2. Permitted use
The Kiosk app is licensed for single-app retail kiosk use only on devices managed by an authorized Tenant under a current B2B subscription. You may not:
- Run the Kiosk app on personal devices
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app
- Use the Kiosk app to capture data beyond what end users explicitly consent to
- Disable accessibility, privacy, or session-reset features
3. Walk-in user experience
When a walk-in customer ("End User") interacts with the Kiosk:
- The Kiosk app displays a privacy notice and obtains explicit consent before any face capture or analysis
- Sessions are pseudonymous by default; End Users may optionally sign up for an account
- Sessions auto-terminate after inactivity to protect privacy
- All face data and personally identifying information are governed by the Aamey Privacy Policy and Biometric Privacy Notice
4. Tenant responsibilities
The Tenant operating the Kiosk must:
- Ensure devices are placed safely and accessibly (ADA / EN 301 549 / local-equivalent)
- Maintain device security (PIN, single-app mode, MDM where applicable)
- Comply with local consumer-protection law (price displays, refunds, etc.)
- Comply with health regulations applicable to in-store beauty try-on hardware (e.g., shared dermatoscopes must be sanitized between uses)
- Train staff on responsible kiosk operation
5. Updates
Joorus may push updates to the Kiosk app. Tenant must accept updates within 30 days for security patches; failure to update may result in degraded functionality.
6. Termination
If the Tenant's B2B subscription terminates, the Kiosk app will be remotely deactivated within 7 days.
