1. Submitting a takedown notice

To request removal of content you believe infringes your copyright on Aamey, send a written notice to [email protected] including:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
The exact Aamey URL or in-app location of the allegedly infringing content.
Your name, address, telephone (if you wish), and email.
A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

We respond within 5 business days. Where the notice meets DMCA requirements, we remove or disable access promptly and notify the user who uploaded the content.

2. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe in good faith it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error.
Your contact information.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in the United States (or another applicable court for non-US users).

We forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the content unless the complainant files a lawsuit within 10–14 business days.

3. Repeat-infringer policy

Joorus terminates the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Misuse

Submitting false claims of infringement may result in liability under the DMCA. Joorus may report misuse to authorities.

5. Likeness violations

In addition to copyright, Aamey users may report violations of right-of-publicity or unauthorized use of their face/likeness. Reports go to [email protected]; Joorus responds per the AI & Likeness Consent (Section 9).

6. Trademark

Trademark complaints follow a similar process — send to [email protected].
