This Consent governs how Aamey uses AI to generate content featuring your likeness, including the personalized magazine, generative before/after previews, AR look renders, and any optional use of your likeness for AI model training.

DRAFT — pending licensed-attorney review (right-of-publicity laws vary widely by US state). Do NOT enable likeness-based features before attorney sign-off.

1. What this Consent covers

This Consent applies whenever Aamey uses your face, voice, or other identifying features ("Likeness") to generate AI content, including:

Personalized Magazine — monthly + annual issues that render you as the model.
Generative before/after previews — AI-rendered images that show how a product or routine might affect your appearance.
AR look renders — saved images or videos of looks applied via AR.
Hyper-personalized recommendations imagery — promotional renders shown to you (and only to you) inside Aamey.
AI training (separate opt-in) — if you choose, Aamey may use your Likeness data to fine-tune our internal AI models.

This Consent is separate from the Biometric Privacy Notice, which covers raw face geometry. This Consent governs the use of your Likeness as a creative output.

2. Three separate consents

Aamey will never generate Likeness-based AI content without your explicit, separate consent for that specific purpose. The three consents are:

2.1 Personalized Magazine

Default: OFF
What it enables: monthly digital magazine issues featuring AI renders of you as the model wearing trending looks; annual "Year in Beauty" specials; optional event-triggered issues (birthday, wedding, holidays).
Where issues live: in-app reader and signed personal MinIO storage; visible only to you unless you separately enable shareability per issue.
Reconfirmation: every 12 months. If you do not reconfirm, the consent auto-revokes.

2.2 Shareable issues

Default: OFF per issue
What it enables: for an individual magazine issue, you may toggle "Shareable", which produces a signed, rotating public URL at magazine.aamey.com/<slug>. The URL rotates every 30 days.
Scope: strictly per-issue; never blanket.

2.3 AI training on Likeness

Default: OFF
What it enables: Joorus may use your Likeness data — anonymized and aggregated — to fine-tune internal AI models that improve product recommendations and image generation for all Users.
Anonymization: images are watermarked and stripped of any direct identifiers; embeddings used for training are detached from user IDs.
You can revoke at any time; previously trained model checkpoints will be retired in the next training cycle (typically 30 days).

Each consent is recorded separately in our consent ledger with timestamp, IP, device, version of this Consent, and the specific purpose.

3. Quality and accuracy guarantees

3.1. Face similarity gate: every Likeness-based render is verified against your consented face embedding. If the face-similarity score (ArcFace cosine) falls below 0.92, the render is regenerated or discarded.

3.2. Skin-tone fidelity: rendered skin tone must remain within ΔE2000 < 8 of your consented profile baseline.

3.3. No exploitative content: Aamey will not generate Likeness-based content that depicts you in sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or demeaning contexts. Automated safety classifiers + manual QA enforce this.

3.4. No unauthorized use of others' Likeness: you may never request or upload Content depicting someone else's Likeness without that person's verifiable consent.

4. Provenance and watermarking

Every AI-generated Likeness-based asset carries:

Visible watermark: "Aamey Personal Magazine — for [User Name] only — © [Year] Joorus Inc."
Invisible steganographic watermark identifying the issue and user (hashed).
C2PA provenance signature establishing the asset originated from Aamey.

5. Your control and right to revoke

You may, at any time:

Revoke Magazine consent — all future issues stop; existing issues are deleted from your account within 24 hours; renders are hard-deleted from our systems within 24 hours and from backups within 30 days.
Revoke Shareable-issue consent — future shareable URLs cannot be generated; existing shareable URLs are invalidated within 24 hours.
Revoke AI-training consent — your Likeness will be removed from the training corpus within 30 days; previously trained checkpoints will be retired in the next training cycle.

6. Right of publicity

You retain the right of publicity (or your local-jurisdiction equivalent) in your Likeness. This Consent grants Joorus only the rights necessary to provide the features above. Joorus will not:

License your Likeness to third parties
Use your Likeness in Joorus marketing without separate written consent
Permit any third-party AI to be trained on your Likeness
Use your Likeness in any way after you revoke consent

You retain the right to commercialize your own Likeness outside Aamey.

7. After your death or incapacity

Where applicable law recognizes post-mortem right of publicity (e.g., California, Tennessee), your designated representative may instruct Joorus to revoke consents and delete Likeness-based content on the same terms as if you had revoked.

8. Jurisdictional notes

California & Tennessee: strong post-mortem right-of-publicity protection; your estate may enforce these rights.
New York: broad right-of-publicity protections.
Illinois (BIPA): complements this Consent for the biometric-data component (see Biometric Privacy Notice).
EU (AI Act): AI-generated images depicting real people must be disclosed. Aamey clearly marks every Likeness-based render as AI-generated.
Canada: Joorus complies with PIPEDA and provincial appropriation-of-personality protections.

9. Disputes and reporting

If you believe Aamey has used your Likeness in violation of this Consent, contact [email protected]. We will investigate within 5 business days and respond within 10 business days. Misuse complaints take precedence over routine support.

10. Changes

We will notify you of material changes at least thirty (30) days in advance and require reconfirmation of consents impacted by the change.
